Water Oak at San Gabriel

Located 20 minutes north of the hustle and bustle of downtown Austin on the South San Gabriel River, Water Oak at San Gabriel is a neighborhood community created around the premise that you should interact with your neighbors and the environment. The goal of this neighborhood, as noted by the land planners, is to preserve the area’s natural environment, making Water Oak a highly walkable community with access to neighborhood shops, parks, trails, and more. The neighborhood features a network of greenbelts, pathways and nature trails to provide residents with a quick escape to walk, jog, hike or bike the area’s natural surroundings. In addition to its natural amenities, Water Oak also features several resident parks with trailheads, pools, picnic pavilions, a variety of play centers, overlooks, community buildings, and smaller parks dispersed throughout the community.

Homes in the Water Oak neighborhood start from $294,990 and 1,864-square-feet. Builders in the neighborhood include Sitterle Homes, Wilshire Homes, Brookfield Residential and Chesmar Homes.

The model home, located at 1108 Winding Way, is open from Monday to Thursday, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Education – School District

The Water Oak neighborhood is located in the Georgetown Independent School District. Plans for the Water Oak neighborhood include a Georgetown elementary school located inside the development. The area was carefully designed to ensure safety for children walking and biking to school.
