Sheila Evans has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since 2007 and she has successfully closed numerous transactions throughout the Greater Austin area. Her true passion is helping clients buy and sell homes and land throughout Central Texas and the Hill Country! A native Texan and a second-generation Realtor, she grew up in the Highland Lakes area and learned the inner workings of the real estate business from her mother starting at an early age. She quickly developed a strong dedication to customer service and perfected her fierce negotiation skills.

Sheila’s strong belief in teamwork played a large role in her founding the local Business Networking Group (BNI) in Georgetown. She has received numerous awards for her enthusiasm and success in this group. Other professional recognitions include: Best of Georgetown Gold Individual Realtor over the past three years and earning the Five Star Realtor Award eight years consecutively.

Sheila and The Power of 4 Team are loyal participants in reciprocal business referrals and understand the value of supporting their local communities. Sheila’s personal experience with home buying and renovation contribute to her knowledge of the area as well as the process. She also knows her way around the local construction industry as Sheila and her husband, Tim, purchased and renovated a 1926 historical home on Main Street in Georgetown, which has been featured in The Heritage Society’s Holiday Home Tour.

Sheila and Tim have 3 children and when not attending or participating in extra-curricular activities and coaching from the stands, they enjoy spending time with family and friends dining locally and exploring everything Georgetown has to offer! Sheila’s knowledge of the Georgetown community, both professionally and personally, make her a valuable resource to anyone who lives in or is considering a move to the area.
