Sheila Evans is married to Tim Evans and has 3 children. Her daughter Brooke is in middle school, Davis attends Eastview High School, and Avery is a student at Texas State University. Sheila spends her spare time at soccer games and track meets. Avery was a cheerleader at Eastview and Brooke & Davis are avid athletes. So, it is safe to say that Sheila and Tim are quite involved with their children in sports.
For the absolute love of Old Town Georgetown, Sheila and Tim renovated a 1926 home on Main Street in Georgetown. Their home was actually featured in the
Heritage Society’s Holiday Home Tour. Doing everything they could to preserve the home as a historical home, they were able to modernize the inside to beautifully accommodate their family. Sheila has a true love for revitalizing antiques and old items and using them to decorate her amazing home.
Sheila also founded the local Business Networking Group (BNI) here in Georgetown and has received numerous awards for her enthusiasm and success in this group. She and The Power of 4 are loyal participants in giving business back to those who refer business to us.
Sheila Evans has been a licensed real estate agent in Texas for 11 years. She has completed hundreds of transactions in several areas including Georgetown, Austin, Round Rock, Jarrell and Pflugerville. Sheila truly loves helping clients buy and sell homes in beautiful Georgetown, Texas and throughout the Austin area! A native Texan and a second-generation Realtor. She grew up in Marble Falls, and learned real estate from a young age through her Mom who is a very successful Realtor in that area. She has a strong dedication to customer service and fierce negotiation skills.
