Tracy & her husband Jay have been married 35 years. They were high school sweethearts, went to college together, and married. They came to Georgetown 25 years ago because they felt Georgetown would be an amazing place to start a family & raise their children. They visited Georgetown because it provided small town charm with a meticulously preserved historic downtown square. There were always fun events & activities to attend with their children. Those same reasons for moving here still remain and have evolved to make this great community even better.

Tracy & Jay have raised 2 daughters in Georgetown. Their youngest daughter, Haley graduated from Texas State University in San Marcos and received a degree in education and excited about teaching elementary students. Haley is married and they live in the Austin area. Their oldest daughter, Rachel, graduated from Texas A & M University & is married to another Aggie.  They live in Georgetown and raising beautiful children.  Currently Tracy and her husband are “empty nesters” and enjoying every minute of this new life journey!

Tracy & Jay have been members at First Baptist Georgetown for many, many years. Tracy is crazy excited and enjoying every free moment with her grand-babies.

Tracy’s real estate career has faithfully spanned over the last 20 years and she has helped hundreds of clients sell and buy homes in the Central Texas Area. Her experience is varied and full. She is one amazing negotiator. She enjoys all of her real estate career and enjoys helping people realize their dreams in finding the perfect home. You couldn’t find a nicer, more ethical person to help you work through all the details of a residential real estate transaction!

“I will do my very best to represent my clients fairly and honestly and with the utmost integrity. Each person and family have specific needs, it is my job to meet those needs for you.”
